TRIATHLON COACHING
We are a team of four coaches, who provide triathlon, duathlon, or specific running and cycling coaching for athletes of all abilities and over all distances. This is done online, using the Xhale platform and is specific to each athlete.
There are various packages to suit your requirements and goals whether that be running your first half marathon, taking part in your first triathlon, completing your first Ironman, improving your personal bests, reaching the podium, or qualifying for Kona.
TRAINING CAMPS
We will be organising various triathlon and cycling training camps throughout the year. These are open to all - you don't have to be a DC Triathlon coached athlete.

1 TO 1 SESSIONS
Are you looking for some guidance, tips or some company to keep you on track with your training or perhaps you want a taster before committing to a full training plan? Arrange a one to one training session and see what it's like to be a part of team DC triathlon.
TESTING
At DC Triathlon we use various tests to monitor our athletes improvements.
We can be on hand to motivate and guide you through the following tests on our Wattbike Pro, Wahoo Kickr or treadmill.
- FTP test
- Power hour test
- Submax health test
- 6 second test
- 5KM
We can then provide you with a full breakdown and analysis of your performance.
NUTRITION
You can't underestimate the importance of getting your nutrition right whilst training and racing.
We have a qualified dietitian, Carys Davies, on the team who runs an annual nutrition course for our athletes, as well as one to one nutrition plans for athletes. Find her on instagram @thenutriathlon
TEAM MEMBERSHIP
Do you want to be a part of team DCTRIATHLON but you cannot commit to structured coaching at this time, or need to take a break from coaching but don't want to leave the team then this option is for you.
